Can I put my altered china in the microwave?

Fuck no, absolutely do not microwave your pieces. The paint and vintage detailing contain genuine gold and silver metallic elements that will spark and burn your house down.

Are these dishes dishwasher safe?

Fuck no, these dishes not dishwasher safe. High heat, harsh detergents, and water pressure will degrade the hand-painted detailing and vintage glaze.

How should I wash and care for my dishes?

We recommend a very gentle hand wash only, with lukewarm water and dish soap. Do not scrub harshly or use abrasive sponges. These pieces are delicate and best suited for special occasion use or decorative display.

How long do custom orders take to create?

Custom personalized orders typically require about 4 weeks from the initial request and confirmation to ready-to-ship completion, as each piece is sourced and crafted by hand.

How are fragile dishes packaged for delivery?

Every vintage piece is wrapped securely in multiple layers of bubble wrap, taped up tight, and packaged super snug inside sturdy cardboard boxes to prevent movement during transit across Canada.

What is your return policy?

Because each upcycled vintage piece is unique and custom-crafted, all sales are final and we maintain a strict no-returns policy. Please ensure you review item details and care guides before purchasing.

What happens if an item arrives broken?

While we pack every order with extreme care, accidents can happen during delivery. If your piece arrives damaged, please email us with clear photographic proof within 1 day of receiving your package so we can get a replacement out to you asap. There are no refunds.
